Job Description

A company is looking for an Incident Response (IR) Solutions Manager, responsible for managing cyber incident engagements and client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for inbound referral requests and coordinate internal assignment to IR teamsEngage with clients to define engagement scope, draft and manage Statements of Work (SOWs), and ensure clear communication of pricing and timelinesOversee active case progress, track metrics on response time and customer satisfaction, and maintain relationships with insurance carriers and external counselQualifications5+ years of experience in Incident Response, Cybersecurity Services, or Client Delivery ManagementStrong understanding of the cyber incident lifecycle and DFIR processesExperience in drafting SOWs and managing multiple concurrent engagementsBachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)Familiarity with the cyber insurance ecosystem and breach coach workflows is preferred
