Are you a motivated, independent sales professional with experience (or interest) in telecommunications? NCV Telecom is seeking hungry and driven commission-only sales reps to generate new business and build lasting B2B relationships.

This is an exciting opportunity to sell high-demand technical services — CCTV systems, fiber optic solutions, access control, and structured cabling — to businesses, contractors, property managers, and developers.

Position: Independent Sales Representative – Telecom/Low Voltage
Compensation: 100% Commission (Uncapped)

Location: Remote with field opportunities

What You’ll Sell:
• CCTV systems & surveillance solutions
• Fiber optic cabling and termination
• Access control systems
• Voice/data structured cabling
• Complete low voltage infrastructure services by NCV Telecom

What You’ll Do:
• Cold call and prospect B2B leads in construction, retail, warehousing, commercial properties, etc.
• Present NCV Telecom’s capabilities as a trusted subcontractor and telecom solution provider
• Identify project opportunities and set appointments for site walkthroughs or proposals
• Maintain pipeline activity and follow up on open leads
• Build and manage your own client book

What We’re Looking For:
• Sales or business development experience (telecom, construction, or B2B preferred)
• Strong communication and presentation skills (phone & in-person)
• Professional, persistent, and goal-driven
• Ability to manage your own schedule and stay accountable
• Bonus: knowledge of CCTV, access control, or low-voltage systems
