Job Overview
Join our dynamic team as an Industrial Assembler, where you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process! You’ll be responsible for assembling high-quality industrial equipment and components, ensuring they meet rigorous standards of precision and functionality. Your hands-on skills and attention to detail will help drive our success in delivering exceptional products to our clients.
What you’ll do
Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to assemble components accurately.
Operate programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and CNC machinery to fabricate parts as needed.
Utilize welding techniques to join metal components securely and effectively.
Perform electrical wiring tasks to ensure proper functionality of assembled equipment.
Employ mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues efficiently.
Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring instruments for accurate assembly.
Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to maintain high standards.
Safely operate forklifts for material handling within the production area.
Basic qualifications
Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in assembly or fabrication environments.
Bilingual a plus.
Preferred qualifications
Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding of schematics.
Experience with CNC machining and welding processes.
Familiarity with industrial equipment and electrical systems.
Previous experience using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
