Industrial Electrical Foreman at QLM, Skilled Staffing Solutions

We are seeking a skilled and bilingual Electrical Foreman with strong industrial experience to lead and manage electrical crews on-site. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in panel setup, terminations, and electrical layout, and will ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to code.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electrical crews on industrial job sites
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
• Set up electrical panels and perform terminations according to specifications
• Plan and lay out electrical systems and conduit runs
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes
• Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, and team members
• Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials, and crew hours
• Train and mentor junior electricians and apprentices

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of industrial electrical experience
• Proven experience with panel setup, terminations, and layout
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
