Industrial Electrical Technician at Automated Cleaning Technologies

Job summary

We are currently seeking experienced personnel to supplement our factory production and field support teams in the position of INDUSTRIAL MACHINERY MECHANICAL/ELECTRCIAL TECHNICIAN . Compensation range is offered however if your experience is exceptional we will consider a custom compensation package.

Position responsibilities

• Have specific fundamental knowledge of pneumatics, lubrication, fluid plumbing systems, PLC and analog controls, machine wiring QC and troubleshooting in support of machines built.
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings.
• Performs diagnostics, plumbing associated with other work to assemble, install, and maintain equipment.
• Perform electrical repairs or wiring associated with other work to assemble, install, and maintain equipment.
• Installs, maintains, dismantles, repairs, overhauls, and rebuilds electrical, mechanical and electronic equipment.
• Analyzes equipment problems resulting from mechanical and electrical malfunctions.
• Travel to customer sites, some internationally, to assist the team with site set-up and customer personnel training.
• Follow all company rules.
• Be willing to take on additional workload as the team directs.

Requirements

• Verifiable 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance role with industrial or food service machines
• High school education with excellent communication skills in English
• Clean driving record, no felonies, and bad credit that would bar entry into federal facilities.
• Must be able to climb a ladder, work standing for extended periods of time, and lift 50-lbs.
• Be able to self-manage your time according to build schedules and meet them.
