Job Title: Industrial Electrician / Maintenance Engineer

Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday-Friday, 3:00PM-11:30PM)

Location: Eustis, FL

Placement Type: Contract-to-Hire (4 months)

Pay Rate: $32.00 – $36.00/hr


Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Electrician / Maintenance Engineer to join our team on-site for 2nd shift operations. This role requires strong electrical expertise and hands-on experience with troubleshooting and maintaining complex industrial equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair PLCs (Allen Bradley & Siemens).
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics for diagnostics and repairs.
  • Perform conduit bending and wiring tasks.
  • Work safely with 480V systems, 3-phase motors, VFDs, and other electrical components.
  • Maintain and repair motors, pneumatics, hydraulics, and related systems.
  • Service and troubleshoot machinery including:
    • Centrifuge machines
    • Decanters
    • Air compressors
    • Pressers
    • Dryers
    • Evaporators
    • Blenders
    • Fillers
    • Packaging machines

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • PLC troubleshooting experience (Allen Bradley & Siemens).
  • Strong industrial electrical experience.
  • Ability to read and work from electrical schematics.
  • Experience with 480V systems, VFDs, and 3-phase motors.
  • Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.

Work Environment
  • Non-climate-controlled plant environment.
  • Some areas may have strong odors; masks are provided.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eustis, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $36.00/hr.
