Job Summary
LEAD CSRO is seeking experienced Industrial Electricians to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining complex electrical systems and equipment in our industrial facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, a deep understanding of electrical schematics, and a commitment to safety and quality work.
Key Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems using technical manuals, diagrams, and testing equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance on industrial machinery and production equipment.
Work with 480VAC and low-voltage DC control systems.
Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and ladder logic diagrams.
Adhere to all National Electrical Code (NEC), local, and OSHA safety regulations.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
5 years of industrial electrician experience.
Journeyman Electrician license preferred.
Proficiency with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), and motor controls.
Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
