Industrial Electrician / Operator at QLM, Skilled Staffing Solutions

We are hiring experienced Industrial Electricians to support the electrical infrastructure of a new GMP-compliant manufacturing facility in Mebane, NC. Candidates must have a strong background in industrial electrical systems, underground installations, conduit bending (EMT and rigid), and Lull telehandler operation for material handling and elevated work. Familiarity with GMP standards and cleanroom protocols is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in a GMP manufacturing environment.
• Perform underground electrical work including trenching, conduit installation, and cable pulling.
• Bend and install conduit (EMT, rigid, PVC) per specifications and cleanroom standards.
• Safely operate Lull telehandler equipment to lift, transport, and position electrical materials.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues using diagnostic tools.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure system reliability.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, GMP, and company safety standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other trades on project execution.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an industrial electrician.
• Experience with underground electrical installations and conduit bending.
• Lull certification or documented experience operating Lull telehandlers.
• Familiarity with GMP standards and cleanroom environments is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED; vocational training or apprenticeship preferred.
• Valid electrician’s license or ability to obtain one in North Carolina.
• Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Ability to work from heights and in confined spaces.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
