Required Skills:
- Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician in a manufacturing or similar environment.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, circuits, and safety protocols.
- Experience with troubleshooting and repairing industrial electrical equipment.
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and keep detailed records of work performed.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
- Experience with industrial automation systems.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
- Ability to train and mentor junior electricians.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with technical certification in electrical systems or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an industrial electrical role.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work on-call and overtime as needed.
- Valid electrical license or certification may be required.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.
