Are you a skilled Industrial Electrician or Journeyman Electrician ready to commit to a major, multi-year project? We are currently seeking experienced, top-tier talent to join a massive, long-term Data Center construction project in Moncks Corner, SC. This is an excellent opportunity to secure stable, high-paying work with significant overtime for the next 2-3 years.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Base Pay: Your hourly rate will range from $29.00 to $34.00 per hour, depending on experience and performance during the screening process.
• Guaranteed Overtime: Work a consistent 58 hours per week, which includes 18 hours of overtime at 1.5x your base rate.
• Daily Performance Bonus: Earn an additional $100 per day bonus based on your score on our electrical assessment. This is an opportunity to significantly boost your take-home pay.

Schedule:

• Approximate 58 hours per week (details will be confirmed during the interview process).

Requirements & Next Steps:

• Must possess an active Journeyman or Industrial Electrician license or equivalent experience.
• Must be willing to pass a required electrical assessment to determine final compensation and bonus eligibility.
