Industrial Maintenance Electricians are responsible for constructing, installing, diagnosing, repairing and performing preventative maintenance for all electrical and electronic equipment.

Your seat at the table: Industrial Maintenance Electrician 3rd Shift
Salary: $43.81/hour
Job Type: Full-Time
You will love this seat if you get, want, and have the capacity to:
- Examine machinery to identify sources of malfunctions or performance deficiencies, deduce corrective course of action and implement repair plan.
 - Read and interpret wiring diagrams, program logic diagrams and other instructions. Must be familiar with wiring conventions, electric and electronic symbols and National Electric Code.
 - Must be familiar, so as to be able to install, maintain and troubleshoot electric distribution equipment including transformers, circuit protection devices, switch gear, load center panels and bus duct.
 - Must be familiar, so as to be able to install, maintain and troubleshoot electric control equipment including relay logic panels, programmable controllers, and solid-state control devices.
 - Must have the ability to use test equipment to troubleshoot electrical and control circuits and electrical components.
 - Maintain general lighting systems. Replace lamps as needed.
 - Perform other work as requested by Supervisor.
 - Demonstrates effective use of time.
 - Demonstrate competence in the following categories: Power Transmission; Machine Control; Building Maintenance: General
 - Ability to work in a team environment and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
 - Must be able t6o operate aerial lift.
 - assist in training fellow electricians and apprentices.
 - Must be available during scheduled shutdowns and power outages.
 - Keep work area and equipment neat, clean and orderly.
 - Adhere to safety practices and policies.
 
We need this seat to have:
- Accredited Journeymen’s credentials or equivalent training and industrial experience.
 - 5 years of experience as an electrician in a manufacturing environment
