Industrial Maintenance Electrician

Pay: $34–$38 per hour (depending on experience)

Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (on-call as needed)

We’re looking for a skilled Industrial Maintenance Electrician to join our team! In this role, you’ll keep our facility running safely and efficiently by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of industrial electrical systems. What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and replace electrical and control components on industrial equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues using PLCs and perform basic programming with PLC and OIS software.
• Recommend component replacement schedules through our CMMS system.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to support repairs.
• Service motor controls, electrical distribution systems, pumps, and lighting systems.
• Conduct inspections, tests, and grounding procedures to maintain compliance and safety.
• Troubleshoot programmable logic and automation controls, including Allen-Bradley drives.
• Utilize RSLogix software for maintenance and system improvements.
• Follow all safety protocols and meet national and local electrical codes.

What You Bring

• Journeyman Electrician (Plant Journeyman or LME required)
• Technical training in PLCs or industrial controls (or equivalent experience)
• Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems and related tools
• Solid communication skills and a proactive, self-motivated mindset
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams
• Willingness to take on physically demanding work (lifting, climbing, crawling, etc.)
