Job Description

Millwood is looking for 1st shift Industrial Maintenance Technician to help maintain our Simpsonville, SC. facility. Good pay depending on experience and good benefits available!

Maintain, troubleshoot and repair all machinery and power units on site, including Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic components

  • Repair electric hand tools and motors
  • Light fabrication included, cutting and welding
  • Keep accurate log record and order parts as necessary
  • Experience with electricity up to 480V, Motor Control Circuits and VFD Controllers.
  • Experience with powered roller conveyor systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Sawmill experience preferred
  • PLC. experience is a plus, programming preferred, but not required
  • DOT brake and inspection Certification is a plus.
  • Perform repairs on field equipment repairs
  • Providing high quality repair service on equipment
  • Handle routine repair and maintenance of plumbing and electrical systems

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay

Experience:

  • Industrial Maintenance: 2 years (Required)
  • Electrical experience: 2 years (Required)
  • Conveyor installation, welding, electrical: 2 years (Required)
  • Schematics: 1 year (Required)
