Industrial Maintenance Operations Manager at Novolex Corporate
Job Description
Job Description
Picture your day: you kick off with a quick stand-up to align the maintenance crew on goals and safety, skim overnight CMMS work orders, and set priorities for the shift. Mid-morning, you’re on the floor overseeing an equipment overhaul while coordinating a machine relocation. After lunch, you review the maintenance budget and ROI for a capital request, then meet with Safety, Quality, Production, Shipping & Receiving, and Admin to plan the week. Later, you welcome a visit from the local fire department and ensure our GMP and food safety standards are rock solid. Throughout, you balance hands-on floor time with the administrative work that keeps the department humming.
