Hiring Maintenance Technicians in Brighton, CO

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our production team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment through both preventative and reactive maintenance. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive, and capable of working independently to keep our systems running efficiently.

Schedule: 3rd shift, Training on day shift for 3–4 weeks

Sunday–Thursday, 9:45PM–6:30AM

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical, electrical, and industrial repairs on production equipment.
• Execute preventative maintenance schedules accurately and on time.
• Respond promptly to reactive maintenance needs.
• Work independently and take initiative in equipment repairs and preventative tasks.
• Apply working knowledge of single- and three-phase industrial electricity and machine repair.

Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
• Experience in automated machine/equipment repair.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting hydraulics, pneumatics, and repair.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and service tasks.
• Proficiency in reading schematics and blueprints.
• PLC troubleshooting and control skills.
• Electrical troubleshooting, conveyor systems, and maintenance repair expertise.
• Experience with motors, installation, and industrial maintenance.
• Competency in using hand tools.
• Experience in fabrication is a plus.

Work Environment:

• Initial training conducted during the day shift with hands-on guidance from leads.
• Maintenance team of 6 members, fostering collaboration and support.
• Shift coverage is encouraged but managed on a volunteer basis.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brighton, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.
