Maple Grove, MN
Pay Rate: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour + shift differential
Shift: 4 PM - 2:30 AM, Monday-Thursday

What Fuels Success Here:
- GED or diploma; technical schooling is a plus.
- Experience fixing machines, tools, or facilities (2+ years).
- Comfortable reading schematics, manuals, and blueprints.
- Familiar with HVAC, plumbing, welding, or CMMS? Even better.
- Physically fit and ready for real-world work.

- Check machines, spot problems early, and keep them running smoothly.
- Troubleshoot breakdowns fast - electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, whatever's thrown your way.
- Handle repairs and preventive maintenance so downtime doesn't win.
- Keep the crew safe and the floor moving.
