  • $36/hour + 8% Shift Premium (2nd Shift: 3 PM–11:30 PM | 3rd Shift: 11 PM–7:30 AM)

What You’ll Be Doing
•    Diagnose, repair, and replace defective parts using hand tools, power tools, and testing devices
•    Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure machine uptime and reliability
•    Inspect drives, motors, belts, and mechanical systems; check fluid levels and replace filters
•    Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical malfunctions to identify root causes
•    Assemble, install, or repair wiring, pipe systems, and machinery components
•    Document maintenance and repair work, ensuring accuracy and compliance
•    Collaborate with team members to improve reliability and reduce downtime

What You’ll Need to Succeed
•    High school diploma or GED required
•    5–7 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
•    Proven experience in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
•    Basic knowledge of machines, tools, and engineering technology principles
•    A true team player with attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
