Industrial Maintenance Technician – Direct Hire | 2nd & 3rd Shift | $36/hr + Shift Premium
Kelly® Professional & Industrial is hiring experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians for direct hire opportunities with a premier manufacturer in Ladson, SC.
We’re looking for skilled troubleshooters—not just routine maintenance techs—who can diagnose, analyze, and resolve complex electrical and mechanical issues while keeping production equipment running at peak performance.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Diagnose, repair, and replace defective parts using hand tools, power tools, and testing devices
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure machine uptime and reliability
• Inspect drives, motors, belts, and mechanical systems; check fluid levels and replace filters
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical malfunctions to identify root causes
• Assemble, install, or repair wiring, pipe systems, and machinery components
• Document maintenance and repair work, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with team members to improve reliability and reduce downtime
What You’ll Need to Succeed
• High school diploma or GED required
• 5–7 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Proven experience in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
• Basic knowledge of machines, tools, and engineering technology principles
• A true team player with attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
