Rogers, AR
Pay Rate: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour + $1 shift differential
Shift: Monday - Friday | 3 PM - 11:30 PM

What Fuels Success Here:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
- The ability to read and understand equipment manuals, work orders, schematics, and blueprints.
- Working knowledge of various software such as SAP MII.

What You'll Be Doing
- Perform preventative and responsive maintenance on equipment and systems.
- Evaluate and recommend equipment improvements.
- Conduct equipment failure analyses.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems.
- Prepare accurate reports to document any modifications.
- Collaborate with engineers to identify worn/damaged parts.
- Communicate with outside contractors, OEMs, and technology process support groups.
- Prioritize safety.
- Must be able to lift 55 pounds.
