This role involves working on the first shift, with hours from 7:00 am to 4:00/4:30 pm, offering competitive pay, great benefits, and room to advance.

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $16.00 - $19.00/hr (depending on experience)
• Overtime pay after 40 hours

What You'll Do

• Assist walk-in customers and handle incoming phone calls
• Provide product information and support to contractors and customers
• Enter and process orders accurately in the system
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as out-of-stock items with alternatives
• Upsell additional or related products when appropriate
• Collaborate with and support the Branch Manager in daily operations
• Focus solely on in-store service and order fulfillment
• Demonstrate strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, with CRM experience as a plus
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish (preferred)
• Maintain a clean background with no recent felonies or violent/drug-related misdemeanors

Schedule

• Hourly Commitment: 40 hours per week
• Shifts: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00/4:30 pm

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of inside sales/customer service experience in a customer-facing role
• Strong Microsoft Office experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Clean background with no recent felonies or violent/drug-related misdemeanors
• Industry knowledge is a plus
