Pay Rate
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:30 pm. Must be flexible with schedule and able to work one Saturday per month.

Inside Salesperson Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet customers and generate sales leads through phone calls and in-person interactions.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and vendors.
- Prepare quotes and manage customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction.
- Create and process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Enter orders with attention to account details, pricing, discounts, and freight charges.
Inside Salesperson Qualifications and Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in face-to-face sales, inside or counter sales.
- Prior experience in the lumber industry, building materials, doors, hardware, etc.
- Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with computers; familiarity with MS Office is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
