What You'll Do:

• Assist contractors and HVAC professionals with product selection, pricing, and availability
• Provide expert guidance on residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Process orders via phone, email, and walk-in customers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Collaborate with outside sales reps and warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations
• Stay up to date on industry trends, promotions, and product lines

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year HVAC industry experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Ability to handle a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency with computers and sales software (e.g., Eclipse, Excel)
