Job Title: Inside Sales Manager
Are you a proven sales professional who knows how to lead from experience—not theory? We’re looking for an Inside Sales Manager who’s been in the trenches—someone who’s succeeded in inside or outside sales and has led a team to perform at their highest potential.

What You’ll Do- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Inside Sales Representatives to consistently exceed goals.
- Drive sales performance through structured accountability, clear expectations, and daily follow-up.
- Streamline sales processes to improve accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with customers to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally with operations, finance, and marketing to support sales growth.
- Handle escalations, resolve issues quickly, and ensure commitments are met with urgency and precision.
- Proven experience in inside or outside sales—you’ve been a top performer and understand what it takes to close business.
- Leadership experience—you’ve managed or led a team and are passionate about helping others reach their potential.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills—you connect well with people and know how to drive accountability.
- A proactive, hands-on leader who acts with urgency and doesn’t wait to be told what to do.
- Energy, confidence, and a passion for results.
