What Youll Do
- Make 100+ outbound calls daily to new leads (Facebook, web, referrals)
- Follow up with leads via calls, texts, and DMs until they schedule
- Confirm all appointments to maximize show rates
- Hit weekly and monthly KPI targets (Schedule %, Show %)
- Collaborate with the GM to hand off scheduled appointments for closing
- Track results daily on the recruiter scoreboard
- High-energy, competitive personality who loves quotas
- Confident communicator with thick skin rejection doesnt slow you down
- Organized and relentless with follow-up
- Sales experience preferred, but grit and drive matter most
On-Target Earnings (OTE)
- Base: $30,000
- Weekly Bonuses: up to $7,200/year
- Team Bonus: $2,400/year
- Total Potential = ~$39,600/year
