What Youll Do

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Inside Sales Representatives to consistently exceed goals.
  • Drive sales performance through structured accountability, clear expectations, and daily follow-up.
  • Streamline sales processes to improve accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with customers to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally with operations, finance, and marketing to support sales growth.
  • Handle escalations, resolve issues quickly, and ensure commitments are met with urgency and precision.
