Job Title: Inside Sales-Marketing Specialist Status: Full-time
Reports to: Senior IT Manager Work Schedule: Normal Operational Hours
Compensation: $50,000 to $70,000 per year
This pay range encompasses multiple levels of the role. Career level and compensation depends on applicants credentials.

Overview: Provide Inside Sales Services to existing customers and serve as a marketing resource for the Technology Department.
Summary of duties and responsibilities:
- Serve as inside sales representative for existing customers.
- Create proposals and quotes.
- Recommend equipment and solutions.
- Work with vendors to create solutions for our customers.
- Respond to public proposal requests.
- Work with technical resources to solve customer facing issues.
- Renew contracts and follow-up with existing customers.
- Serve as a Technology Department marketing resource.
- Launch and manage outbound marketing campaigns.
- Manage and send communications to existing customers.
- Oversee the distribution of our monthly newsletters to customers.
- Other duties as assigned or prudent
Education and/or Experience:
- Two-year college degree or industry sales experience required.
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- General IT or Sales background
- Marketing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to use independent judgement, maintain a high level of confidentiality and operate under minimal supervision
