Job Summary
LOCAL Bug Guy is seeking an Inside Sales Rep to work with multiple mediums and tools like phone, text, email, and our CRMs to help customers find the best solution to their pest problems. This position is seasonal and will last through the summer, ending before October 2025.
Responsibilities and Duties
As an Inside Sales Rep, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Understand and clearly communicate the company offerings
- Assist customers in finding the best solution to their pest problems
- Manage your lead lists
- Meet and exceed closing and other sales metrics
Qualifications and Skills
The successful candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Sales or similar experience
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal phone and digital communication skills
- Friendly, organized, always looking for the best solution for others
