DIVE INTO YOUR DAY AS OUR INSIDE SALES REP
This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position, with shifts starting at 7:00 AM and ending by 4:00 PM. Shift times may vary slightly but always remain within our regular business hours.
As our Inside Sales Rep, your day is never dull-you'll be the frontline of our customer experience, whether you're answering a phone call from a contractor needing a quote, processing an order for a large job, or greeting a customer walking in to pick up their plumbing supplies. You'll manage sales orders, bids, and job information packages with speed and accuracy, working closely with your team and our customers to ensure smooth operations. Your role is pivotal in making sure customers feel supported and plumbing solutions are always within reach. You'll stay in constant communication with the Sales Director and Finance team to help manage receivables and identify any risks, while continually hitting or exceeding your monthly sales targets. This position is fast-paced, customer-facing, and deeply rewarding-where your knowledge, energy, and enthusiasm truly make a difference.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
- High school diploma or equivalent
 - 2 years of industry experience
 - Experience using an inventory management system (QuickBooks, Eclipse, Sage, etc.)
 - Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
 - Knowledge of or the ability to quickly understand our products
 - Ability to maintain positive relationships with team members, vendors, and customers
 - Ability to learn to safely operate a forklift and other material handling equipment
 - Outstanding customer service and communication skills
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- College degree or 5+ years' experience in the wholesale industry
 - Experience with material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, hand dolly, etc.)
 - Willingness to assist team members with other tasks
 - Determination and drive to prospect new customers
 - Results-oriented and service-minded
 - Strong attention to detail
 - Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
 - Quick learner who can multitask, organize, and prioritize work effectively
