Join a leading industrial manufacturer and distributor as an Inside Sales Representative, where you’ll manage customer relationships, coordinate with sales and operations teams, and ensure products and services align with client expectations. This role plays a key part in pricing strategy, contract management, and maintaining long-term partnerships through proactive communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage daily pricing strategies, including quotes, project bids, and contracts
- Collaborate with outside sales, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery
- Communicate updates on open orders, potential new opportunities, and production needs
- Support customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with vendors and purchasing for special orders and project materials
- Stay current on market trends, competition, and product innovations
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or Business preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service; industry-related experience a plus
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to learn product specifications and pricing structures
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)

The base pay range for this position is $55,000–$61,000, excluding bonuses or other compensation. Final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
