Inside Sales Representative – Insurance Solutions
Location: Overland Park, KS (100% Onsite)
Industry: Insurance Technology (Insurtech)
This is a high-impact opportunity for a sales professional who wants full ownership of their results, thrives on hitting and exceeding sales goals, and values being rewarded for top performance. You will join a fast-growing team in the rental property insurance space, helping landlords and real estate investors secure the coverage they need with speed, accuracy, and exceptional service.

What You Will Do
Advise landlords and property investors on rental property insurance coverage
Respond quickly to warm inbound leads via phone, email, and text
Re-engage lost accounts and develop new business through referrals and industry connections
Work directly with underwriters to negotiate and finalize coverage
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow revenue per client
Manage policy renewals, rewrites, and reissues with precision
Stay current on insurance products, policy changes, and market trends
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the sales process and client experience
What You Bring
At least two years in a high-performance sales environment
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales metrics
Insurance or financial services experience is a plus but not required
Tech-savvy and quick to adopt new sales tools and systems
Strong organizational skills and consistent follow-through
High sense of accountability and ownership over results
Willingness to obtain a Property and Casualty license (training and exam costs covered)
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary of $60,000
Uncapped commission with on-target earnings between $80,000 and $175,000 or more
Stock options available
