About the Role:

As an Inside Sales Representative with Best Block, you are responsible for:

  • Building Customer Relationships (by providing in-person and on-the-phone customer service to our contractors and customers)
    • Promoting Products the Company Offers
    • Assist with Finalizing Sales / Reviewing Inventory
    • Maintaining Accurate Account Information
    • Creating Accurate and Complete Invoices/Sales Orders
    • Working with Outside Sales Representatives
    • Ensuring Customer Satisfaction
    • Maintaining Knowledge of Products and Their Applications
    • Knowing Competitor Products
    • Assisting with Dispatching and Scheduling Deliveries
    • Completing Daily Paperwork

    About You:
