As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be integral to our sales team, leveraging your knowledge of building materials to engage customers, drive sales, and manage relationships. This role offers a blend of salary and commission, providing an opportunity for substantial earnings based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls and handle customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Utilize your expertise in building materials to offer product recommendations and solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Ensure accurate and timely order processing and delivery.

Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience preferably in the building materials industry.
- Solid knowledge of building materials and related products.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with industry specific software.
