Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative in Alvarado, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing a pipeline of leads, and closing sales through outbound calls and emails. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with a strong sales acumen, a passion for customer success, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Prior experience in inside sales or a related field is required, along with proficiency in CRM tools and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Requirements:
- Proven inside sales experience or customer service experience
- Must have manufacturing or industrial experience
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Must be able to type 40+WPM
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Compensation: $37k-$57k/year plus commission
