The Opportunity:
We’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative who’s passionate about building relationships, solving problems, and delivering outstanding customer service. You’ll support our outside sales team, coordinate orders, and act as the key connection between customers and operations.
This role is also the first step in a defined career path — grow into an Inside Sales Specialist, with the opportunity to advance to an Outside Sales Representative with your own territory
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with Account Managers to fulfill customer inquiries on pricing, inventory, and delivery.
- Maintain CRM records, pricing sheets, and customer programs.
- Coordinate with production and logistics to meet customer expectations.
- Take ownership of orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction.
- Participate in product and process training to expand your skills.
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; AS400 experience is a plus.
- A proactive, growth-oriented mindset.

This position is onsite in Philadelphia, with an option for a hybrid schedule (in-office and remote).
