We are currently hiring an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our clients Houston office.

The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working in a collaborative team setting, delivers excellent customer service, and approaches challenges with a whatever-it-takes attitude.

Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Location: Houston, TX (onsite, not remote)

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Handle customer servicerelated inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

  • Support marketing initiatives and assist with business development leads

  • Provide accurate quotes to customers based on current market trends

  • Follow up on pending shipments, quotes, and customer inquiries

  • Process returns and resolve invoicing discrepancies for pending orders

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience within the electrical sales industry

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills (both written and verbal)

  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize to meet deadlines

  • Effective time management skills with high attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills preferred)
