This is a non-exempt (hourly) position, plus up to 2% gross sales commissions on leads and prospects that you source and then convert into a sale!

This position is responsible for sales activities from lead generation through the project management process. Develop and implement agreed upon Sales and Marketing Plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the marketing area. Work with the centers management and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction and revenue generation.

This position is responsible for sales activities from lead generation through the project management process. Key Performance Areas:
- First point of contact for walk-in, email, e-commerce, and telephone contacts.
- Consultatively make recommendations and sell products to customers using brand standards.
- Follow-up on new leads and converting prospects through qualification questions and related processes.
- Develop and maintain lists of prospects for the sales team at large.
- Prepare estimates and provide regular updates to customers.
- Be the initial contact with current as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center
- Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders
- Enjoy being involved in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans and be intimately involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center
- Work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, in-person and at their place of business
- Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long term clients.
- 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships
- Great listening and organization skills
- Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more)
- Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more)
- Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work
