Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative. This position is responsible for managing all clerical and administrative office duties, maintaining our commitment to exceptional customer service, processing orders, and assisting walk-in customers.

Responsibilities

• Contact new and existing customers to assess needs and provide solutions
• Prepare and deliver quotes based on company pricing
• Conduct diligent, friendly, and persistent follow-ups with prospects and customers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service
• Conduct in-person customer meetings as needed
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all interactions

Qualifications & Requirements

• Prior sales experience, preferably in the outdoor living or construction industry
• Knowledge of construction and home improvement is a plus
• Personable, confident, and assertive, with a consultative sales approach
• Highly organized with excellent planning and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team
• Skilled in problem-solving and meeting deadlines
• Proficient in Excel, CRM systems, and pricing spreadsheets
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred
