Position Summary:
Responsible for revenue growth pertaining primarily to Part Sales and ensuring internal and external customers receive the highest quality of service. Create sales, generate new sales and retain existing accounts.
Essential Duties:
- Handle incoming sales calls and sales emails in a timely, efficient manner
- Perform purchasing and sales activities for new and existing customers
- Quote prices and provide information regarding terms of sale
- Preparing formal quotes, sales orders, RMAs, and purchase orders
- Verify customer information (i.e. bill to, shipping preference, account numbers, ship to address, shipping fees)
- Send shipment documentation to logistics and customer, as well as communicate additional delivery information
- Conduct daily sales cold calls to establish new and maintain ongoing business
- Schedule customer visits, attend trade shows and follow up with prospects
- Meets and/or exceeds a quarterly sales quota
- Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving customer concerns
- Support Quality initiatives as it pertains to the organization and the role
- Prepare proposals and consult on solutions
- Consistent customer service and continued account development
- Communicate constructively to management and team members on problems, ideas, or any other insights to assist in defining new ideas, policies and procedures
Education/Experience:
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years telemarketing/phone sales experience
- Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
Preferred:
- Experience in medical imaging sales
Travel:
- Ability to drive and travel via personal vehicle and occasionally via airplane
