Due to our continued success, were looking for an Inside Sales Representative with at least two years of related experience to join our Lewisville, TX team.
In this role, youll be the main point of contact for customershandling quotes, processing orders, and proactively keeping clients informed about shipments. What Youll Do
- Build and strengthen customer relationships by using your product knowledge to meet sales goals while providing exceptional service.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding technical details, pricing, delivery, and order status.
- Collaborate with Field Sales and Sales Management to identify and execute strategies for new and existing business opportunities.
- Partner with supplier representatives and customer purchasing contacts to support ongoing sales initiatives.
- Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales goals and profit margin targets.
- Resolve customer questions, issues, and complaints professionally and collaboratively.
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years of experience in distribution, sales, or customer service role.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with professional tone and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
