What You'll Do:
Call and connect with warm leads who've requested insurance quotes.
Build rapport, identify needs, and recommend personalized coverage options.
Work closely with our sales and service teams to close business efficiently.
Track goals, follow up with prospects, and celebrate every win along the way.
What We Offer:
Base Pay + Bonuses: $40,000-$50,000 base + $1,000-$6,000 in monthly bonuses (no cap).
Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance available.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM5:30 PM (no weekends).
PTO: 12 days to start

Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their unique insurance needs and offer tailored solutions.
Policy Customization: Design personalized insurance plans that align with clients' requirements and financial goals.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Sales and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance services to existing clients, enhancing their portfolios.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements
Licensing: Must hold an active Property & Casualty License in Texas.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is strongly preferred.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
Customer Focused: A genuine dedication to providing exceptional customer service and meeting client needs.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a hybrid remote work environment, demonstrating flexibility and self-motivation.
Technically Proficient: Comfortable using CRM software and digital communication tools.
Sales Driven: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
