Location: Remote (with limited in-office training in Largo/Tampa, FL

About Us:
AIM Fleet America is a growing fleet maintenance supply company dedicated to delivering quality products and outstanding service. With a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, we’re expanding and looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team.

Role Overview:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving sales growth by developing new customer relationships and expanding existing accounts. You’ll work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where your success directly contributes to the company’s growth. This position requires a highly motivated, proactive, and customer-oriented individual who can effectively communicate the value of our products and services. The role is primarily remote, with limited in-office training during your first month and up to two days per week for ongoing coaching and planning.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of inside sales experience (B2B preferred)

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented

  • CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required

  • Automotive or diesel industry knowledge a plus
