Inside Sales Representative at Michael Popwell State Farm

We’re searching for an enthusiastic inside sales representative to join our team and support business growth. You’ll need strong persuasion skills to turn customer prospects into qualified leads. 55,000 - 65,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities
• Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met
• Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround
• Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team
• Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
• Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field
• Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car
• High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
