Position SummaryWe’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative who is energized by outbound prospecting, thrives in a high-volume sales environment, and is motivated to exceed goals.
The Inside Sales Representative’s mission is to drive revenue growth by creating and converting qualified opportunities into net-new accounts. This includes high-volume outbound prospecting, handling inbound requests, and moving opportunities through the pipeline to register new training participants. You’ll thrive in this role if you are tenacious, motivated to excel, highly process-driven, and resilient in the face of challenges.
What You'll DoProspecting & Pipeline
- Execute high-volume prospecting across calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Balance automation with personalized outreach using sales enablement tools like Apollo, Outreach, and Salesloft.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, focusing on priority states and proactively filling at-risk classes.
Qualify & Advance Opportunities
- Conduct structured discovery calls using Safety-Care’s value propositions to assess fit.
- Deliver professional presentations to high-level decision makers.
- Close business over the phone, consistently achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Move prospects quickly and effectively through the sales pipeline.
CRM & Process Discipline
- Keep Salesforce updated in real time with accurate lead statuses, follow-ups, meeting, and opportunity notes.
- Maintain strong organization and adherence to process.
Collaboration & Feedback
- Work closely with peers, marketing, and leadership.
- Apply feedback to refine messaging and improve close rates.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of outbound sales experience in a high-volume environment
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and apply feedback
- Resilience, persistence, and adaptability in the face of challenges
- Strong communication skills with emotional intelligence and customer orientation
- Highly organized, accountable, and disciplined in following process
