INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Inside Sales is responsible for all aspects of all aspects of interacting with customers to develop and maintain relationships with customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Duties

• Inside sales role, which primarily sells direct to distributors.
• Responds to customer inquiries both via email and phone.
• Works to provide a solution for the customer to purchase.
• Works effectively in a team environment.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Ability to build and maintain rapport with our customers and prospects.
• Must have a professional demeanor and be a strong team player.
• Must be located or relocate to the Quad Cities or surrounding area.

Education and Experience

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

• Must be able to navigate the production facility
• Periods of sitting at a desk working on a computer
• Occasional travel to visit customers
