Inside Sales Representative
Location: Southfield, MI (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $45,000 base + commission (W2 $90K potential first year)
Overview:
Reliance One, Inc. is hiring for an Inside Sales Representative to join a fast-paced, dynamic team. This role manages the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to closing—while delivering exceptional service and value to clients. Ideal candidates are motivated, results-oriented, and eager to grow in a high-energy, rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with Decision-Makers: Engage with General Managers, Controllers, and other leaders to understand goals and recommend tailored solutions.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Conduct daily outbound calls, nurture leads, and maintain a pipeline of 80+ opportunities per month.
- Execute the Sales Process: Apply consultative selling techniques to identify needs, address objections, and provide clear, data-driven recommendations.
- Expand Client Relationships: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell services, strengthening client partnerships.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and post-sale satisfaction.
- Stay Organized: Use Salesforce to manage leads, track progress, and prioritize activities effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales ability; experience in automotive, financial, or B2B sales preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decisions.
- Comfortable using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Driven, competitive, and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a high-energy environment.
