Position Overview
SPF Screens & Awnings is the unrivaled leader in the realm of retractable awnings and motorized sun shades throughout Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and Texas. Over the past 15 years we have been transforming our customers' outdoor space into a place they can enjoy with their family and friends without the inconvenience of bugs, sun and wind.
We are seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Team Member to play a pivotal role in advancing sales of our sun protection solutions. This position is integral to the seamless progression of sales initiatives focused on SPF products. The Inside Sales Team Member will spearhead efforts to generate urgency in potential clients and collaborate closely with our Outside Sales Consultants to ensure the attainment of revenue targets within designated territories.
What you'll do
- Provide strategic guidance and support to the Outside Sales Team, leveraging expertise to optimize sales processes and drive results.
- Conduct thorough daily audits of sales deals, meticulously examining contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Effectively edit contracts as needed, ensuring clarity, completeness, and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Assume ownership of deals when necessary, stepping in to address any deficiencies or discrepancies in the sales process.
- Collaborate closely with at least 6 Outside Sales Consultants, fostering a cohesive and productive working environment to maximize sales performance.

Who you are
- Proven track record of success in inside sales or related fields, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively advise and collaborate with external sales teams.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities, enabling accurate auditing and editing of sales contracts.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, effectively managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving collective goals.
- Sales Experience required
- Must be detail oriented and organized
- Ability to manage multiple calendars
- Work as part of a team
- Strong customer service experience required
- Manage multiple platforms of communication (CRM, Hatch, Microsoft Office, Salesforce)
- Customer service experience required
- Multi-tasking
- At Least 100 calls a day outbound- progressing the sale and gathering objections and bridging the gap of objections (no cold calling)

- Annual base salary range: $35,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year + Commission pay
