About the Role
As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll play a vital role in helping healthcare organizations meet their staffing needs by connecting them with qualified professionals. You'll build relationships, learn to identify client needs, and provide solutions that improve healthcare delivery nationwide.
This is a fully onsite position (Monday–Friday) at the company's beautiful corporate campus, which offers impressive amenities including an onsite gym, pool, restaurants, daycare, and healthcare clinic.
What You'll Be Doing
Engaging with healthcare organizations to understand their staffing needs
Building strong relationships through outbound calls, email, and virtual meetings
Managing a high volume of outreach while maintaining quality interactions
Partnering with recruiters and internal teams to ensure excellent client experiences
Tracking activity, pipeline, and performance in the CRM system
Contributing to team goals and celebrating shared success
