Job Description
As an Inside Valve Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in supporting customers and driving sales by providing accurate quotes, managing inquiries, and maintaining strong customer relationships. You’ll communicate directly with clients to determine their needs, recommend solutions, and ensure an excellent customer experience from start to finish. This position is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
• Provide dedicated support for all customer requests, ensuring prompt and professional responses
• Communicate product specifications, availability, pricing, and brand restrictions clearly to customers
• Prepare sales quotes and process orders accurately and efficiently
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
• Stay current on industry developments, product changes, and market trends
• Collaborate with internal teams including Support, Account Management, and Business Development to achieve company goals

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Associate degree in Business, Technical, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in industrial valve sales or a similar technical sales role
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using digital tools and online inventory systems
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing business needs

The base pay range for this position is $60,000–$80,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
