Inside Sales – Full-Time (In-Office)π Location: Cordova, TN

π§ About the RoleWe’re looking for a confident, people-focused Inside Salesperson to re-engage with homeowners who haven’t yet committed after their initial appointment. You’ll be the bridge between our sales team and potential customers, following up, uncovering objections, working to close deals over the phone, and nurturing our customer pipeline.
This role is phone-heavy and perfect for someone who’s persuasive, sharp, and loves helping people feel confident in their decisions — especially when it comes to one of their biggest investments: their home.

-Customer Follow-Up
- Contact homeowners within 72 hours of their sales appointment.
- Confirm professionalism, punctuality, and that a quote was provided.
- Learn why they didn’t move forward and document those objections.
- Nurture our customer pipeline by checking in on past customers and building long-term relationships
- Speak to customer concerns with confidence and empathy.
- Reinforce the value of ContractingPRO’s offerings.
- Educate homeowners on additional services (roofing, siding, windows, showers).
- Work to close the deal during the call when possible.
- Schedule follow-ups or revisits for warm leads.
- Maintain a sense of urgency and customer focus in every interaction.
- Track no-sale reasons and provide reports on common trends.
- Communicate insights to the sales and marketing teams for improvement.
- Ensure every lead feels respected, heard, and valued — regardless of outcome.

- Proven sales experience (closing, upselling, or handling objections)
- Previous call center or phone-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay organized, focused, and driven in a fast-paced environment
