What Youll Do

• Build and grow relationships with existing accounts
• Enter quotes and process orders
• Identify and develop new customer opportunities
• Respond to customer inquiries with urgency and care
• Troubleshoot and provide product solutions
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Collaborate with outside sales to support customer needs

What Were Looking For

• Experience (12 years minimum) in fasteners, industrial supplies, safety products, welding, or similar industries
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• A positive, growth-minded team player
• Comfortable working with Windows-based computer systems
• Reliable transportation
• Someone who takes pride in helping customers succeed
