The role of the Instructional Faculty encompasses teaching and learning, academic advising, professional development and institutional and community service.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties and responsibilities list above. The qualifications listed below are representative of the education, experience, knowledge, skills and/or abilities required.EDUCATION
Must have completed at least eighteen (18) graduate hours in Philosophy and hold a Masterâs degree (official transcript(s) conferring degree must accompany the application).
EXPERIENCE
At least one (1) year of experience teaching philosophy in public school (secondary), community college, or senior college preferred.
Wide range of experience in working with students in the areas of Philosophy and the Humanities, including experience teaching writing intensive philosophy courses and logic.The Organization
